What Does the “K” Stand For?

The “K” stands for Kurz (German for “short”). This version featured a shorter wheelbase than the “L” (“Long”) version. The shorter chassis made the tractor more maneuverable, making it particularly suitable for smaller farms, orchards, and vineyards. The wheelbase was approximately 28 cm (11 inches) shorter than that of the L version.
