An exceptional configuration, a detailed history from the purchase invoice, a single owner from 1957 until 2021, the second from 2021 until today, the 356 we’re offering you today is truly a rare gem!
This is a unique opportunity to acquire a Porsche 356 in superb condition, with a flawless history.

History: Delivered new in Germany in December 1957, the first owner was an American soldier living in Germany at the time. The car was therefore ordered as an American version. Its history is known through all the invoices that retrace the car’s life, from the purchase invoice onwards. Its original service booklet is also present.
Once repatriated to France, the current owner trusted us to restore the car to its original configuration: Aquamarine Blue & red leather.
We took the opportunity to carry out a major engine overhaul, and replace the drum brakes with disc brakes.

The history contains invoices for the work carried out, available on request. All identification numbers and cold stamping correspond to those of the original engine, chassis and gearbox.

Condition:
The car is in very good condition. The current owner has chosen to keep as many original elements as possible, so as not to detract from the “original” appearance of this car, having an almost perfect traceability of this 356’s life.

Exterior: The bodywork is perfectly sound and shows no signs of deformation. The car has been repainted in its original shade: Aquamarine Blue (#5707). The paintwork shows very well. All chrome and fittings are original. However, there are no deformations.

Interior: The red leather upholstery is new. There are no defects to highlight. The owner chose to keep the original steering wheel, which has a nice patina. All interior fittings are functional.

Mechanical: The engine underwent a major overhaul in our workshops in 2022. It starts very well, with no smoke or suspicious noises. Revs are smooth and straightforward.
The gearbox works perfectly, shifting smoothly without cracking.

Underpinnings: No traces of rust to be deplored on the underpinnings (anti-corrosion and anti-chip treatment applied), wheel arches or bodywork.
