Delivered in the United States in 1968 and fully restored in 2015 from a very sound base, this Porsche 911 SWB was prepared with care and to high standards during its restoration. It then travels only 500 km before the current owner, a keen collector, acquires it. The latter then asks Prill – Porsche Classics to perfect the car mechanically and aesthetically for an amount greater than 20,000 pounds. 128 hours of work were counted. To date, the car has covered a little less than 2,700 km.

El vehículo en detalle

The car now has PMO carburettors, disc brakes and Bilstein «Nurburgring Sport» shock absorbers. This 911 also benefited during its preparation from the addition of a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 3.0L engine from the 911 SC. Lightened in the purest Outlaw tradition, the result is a set of around 260 horsepower for 900 kg, which makes this 911 a very light, handy and powerful car. It’s a real pleasure to get behind the wheel: the gears engage with extraordinary fluidity and the performance is there. The exhaust line has been reworked by Dansk and the charming sound of the 3.0L is not anachronistic. Today, the car, currently registered in the United Kingdom, is therefore in impeccable mechanical and aesthetic condition. We have an expert report produced in November 2022. Its Steingrau exterior color suits it perfectly, as do the Riviera Blau stickers, which are reversible. The interior is just as superb, thanks in particular to the leather and velor bucket seats and the Momo prototipo steering wheel. Outlaw projects now have a real community of admirers, especially when they are executed according to the rules of the art, as is the case for our copy which will surely make its next owner happy.
