1986 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 SuperSport (SSE)

Presented in fantastic condition and still in its original iconic colour combination of Guards Red paintwork over Linen interior with Can-can red carpets. Supplied to its first owner through Glen Henderson Porsche in July 1986. The car has covered 82,911 miles at the hands of its 9 owners and benefits from comprehensive service history, spanning two service books and totalling 25 service stamps from main dealers and well respected independent specialists. This is all accompanied by an impressively large folder of invoices and past MOT certificates to authenticate the mileage. Servicing is all up to date with the last service carried out by Porsche Centre Tewkesbury who actually supplied the car in September 2022 at 82,372 miles.

A matching numbers car, confirmed by the COA from Porsche. There are no signs of any accident damage and the car is HPI clear. In 2017 Zentrum Porsche carried out some body and paint repairs to take care of the usual rust issues that can effect these cars. This included kidney bowls, sills, front scuttle, front and rear wings. The car starts on the button, sounds fantastic and still feels very tight and precise on the road with no unwanted sounds or smoke. The original wheels were refurbished in 2017 and are in great condition and are wrapped in matching Michelin tyres all round. The stereo has been upgraded to the Porsche Classic unis offering bluetooth and Nav, however the original Blaupunkt is also with the car. The original paperwork is present including the two service books and original drivers manuals, COA, 2 keys, tool kit and pump. The car will be supplied with a new MOT and 6 months warranty. Overall this is a superb example of a very rare Porsche 911. A perfectly usable classic that can be enjoyed as its value appreciates.

The Porsche 911 SuperSport which is known as the SSE model or Turbo-Look was first introduced in 1984. It featured the Turbo style wider wheel arches front and rear and the distinctive Turbo spoiler. It also featured the stiffer Turbo suspension and the superior Turbo braking system, as well as the wider wheels and tyres. These cars were taken off the production line and produced through the special wishes program. A total of only 34 RHD UK Coupe models were produced, making this a very rare car indeed.
