L’Amour Automobile offers for sale this stunning Porsche 997 GT3 RS, a rare model with only 1,168 units produced at the factory. The example presented here is of French origin and comes in an ultra-desirable configuration, being among the least produced and most sought-after specifications: GT Silver Grey with orange decals and wheels, featuring an extended black leather interior with Carrera GT carbon bucket seats in Nomex. It is, of course, equipped with the Sport Chrono Package, and is presented in absolutely pristine condition. Immaculate condition, French origin, fewer than 11,000 km, perfect PIWIS report—this is one of those examples that simply doesn’t come around twice.
Delivered new in Paris in May 2007, it has covered only 10,600 kilometers since. It is a highly sought-after collector’s car among Porsche enthusiasts, renowned for its raw driving sensations and uncompromising character. It is also considered one of the last GT3s to deliver truly analog driving feel, all wrapped in a significantly more compact package than its larger successors.

This example features an interior in like-new condition. The Carrera GT bucket seats are like new, from the fire-resistant Nomex technical fabric to the carbon fiber shells. The Alcantara on the steering wheel and door panels shows no signs of wear whatsoever. The center console plastics and door sills are also in perfect condition.

The exterior presents just as beautifully: the bodywork is flawless, with no scratches, scuffs, or damage. The distinctive orange wheels are also in impeccable condition, while the brake calipers retain a perfect finish.

The Porsche 997.1 GT3 RS is one of the most iconic and exclusive 911s of the 2000s. Produced in very limited numbers between 2006 and 2008, it perfectly embodies the purist spirit of Porsche’s GT division.

Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six producing 415 hp, it revs all the way to 8,400 rpm and is exclusively paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Lighter than the standard GT3 thanks to extensive weight-saving measures and a track-focused setup, it stands out with its razor-sharp chassis, rear roll cage, and fixed carbon rear wing.

Visually, the 997.1 GT3 RS is instantly recognizable by its contrasting color schemes, widened bodywork, and dedicated aerodynamic elements. Today, it is highly sought after by collectors for its analog character, precise steering feel, and thrilling naturally aspirated engine. Best of all, being a Porsche, it feels just as at home on the road as it does on the track.
