Single-family ownership for the past thirty years, this 1964 Porsche 356 C Cabriolet is an exceptional example, retaining its matching engine and transmission as confirmed by the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. This was the final iteration of the Porsche 356 series with a 741 manual 4-speed transmission and four-wheel disc braking system and finished in the factory color combination.

Factory options include chrome wheels and an outside mirror; this 356 displays very nice paintwork, complemented by excellent panel fit and factory-stamped front and rear decklids. The interior is well-preserved, featuring original VDO instrumentation, a factory VDM steering wheel, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio. 4.5” x 15” chrome wheels are mounted to Vredestein Sprint Classic 165 15 tires (date coded 2024). The undercarriage is solid, rust-free, and fully detailed.

Mechanically, it is powered by the matching 1600cc flat-four engine (Type 616/15) producing 75 horsepower, paired with a smooth-shifting 4-speed manual transmission (Type 741). The 356 C’s four-wheel disc brakes are an innovation for the final year of production, which ensures confident performance on the road.
