Original Californian “black-plate” Porsche 912 from 1969. Delivered by Volkswagen Pacific, Culver City.

This is the Long Wheel Base (LWB) version. A total of 36,316 Porsche 912s were produced, of which only 3,913 LWB models were produced in 1969. Very rare. Brought to the Netherlands in 2011. The last owner owned the car for 11 years. Delivered in Burgundy Red (color code 68008). The car was restored and repainted in 2017. The paintwork is a bit older, but still looks good. All window and body moldings and rubber seals have been replaced. No half measures.
