The GT3 RS adopts the 4.0-liter, 500 hp engine of the previous model but, for the first time, paired with the seven-speed PDK gearbox, with levers at the wheel.
Historically, the RS model redefines the new standards in terms of structure and aerodynamics: the engine hood and that of the luggage compartment are made of carbon fiber, while the roof, particularly important for the center of gravity of the car, is even made of magnesium.
The ventilation slats of the wheel arches on the front fenders are also very special, which, as in purebred cars, optimize the downforce on the front axle.
The chassis, designed for maximum dynamics, benefits from the new rear steering axle and the Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, with self-locking rear differential, fully variable.
The 911 GT3 RS reaches 318 km/h and accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds.
It travels a lap around the Nürburgring in 7 minutes and 20 seconds.
