Porsche 356 B 1600 Super 90

This charming Porsche 356 is a matching numbers car and is a nicely aged older restoration having been completed 22 years ago. As with almost half of the 356’s in the world this example was originally destined for the US market.

This car was specifically sourced due to it being a highly original and very rust-free example of the model, having lived in California for a large part of its life, it was still wearing its blue number plates when it arrived in Denmark. The car was then treated to a full restoration and put back on the road in 2002.

In 2004 the car changed hands again and became part of a large collector’s garage, during which tenure it was used rather sparingly. In 2019 we sold the car for him and this time it went to a sports car enthusiast wanting a true classic to enjoy in every sense of the word. He further improved, fettled and serviced the car to an accumulated cost of around 15,000 Euros

So in essence this is an older restoration that has aged very well with regards to both paint, leather and mechanically. It is a strong driver showing the charming signs of use and age, and not least this is a car you would not be afraid to use. Which is a good job as the Porsche 356 especially in this desirable Super 90 specification is one of the most eligible cars there is gaining you access to all sorts of fabulous motoring events around the globe. These cars are so much fun to drive and so simple to maintain they make a fantastic daily driver too and will always bring a smile to your face and everyone who sees it.

The car is currently registered and on Danish historic black plates.
