Immediately after opening the door it becomes clear that the most practical Panamera of the moment is a track beast like any other Porsche. Taking a seat is in fact in electrically operated Adaptive sports seats, but not before you have stepped over beautiful Carbon sill guards. Once the perfect seating position has been found – and soon it will be – it’s time to take a firm grip on the Carbon steering wheel and gaze at the white background of the rev counter plus the Sport Chrono clock. From that moment on, the petrol crawls where it can’t go, so we hope that in the meantime you still have an eye for the beautifully finished, fully black leather interior and ditto Alcantara headlining. By fully we mean really complete: even the steering column is finished with leather. Interior panels painted in body color provide a unique contrast. The 2nd row of seats also contains comfort seats, so that all passengers sit first-class. Meanwhile, the Porsche logos in the headrests leave no room for doubt: this is a true sports car.

Options & extras

All that black makes the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo E-hybrid cool and cozy. But a spacious feeling can also be created on board the 2+2 supercar thanks to the large panoramic roof. And there is more luxury: seat heating and ventilation, a Surround View Camera, LED Matrix headlights, soft-close doors and car keys painted in exterior color make it extra attractive to get in. The Bose Surround Sound system + DAB and Ambiance Lighting also enhance the atmosphere.

Technique & performance

And then we are not there yet in terms of options: Adaptive Cruise Control including traffic jam assistance makes driving in the double blown Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo surprisingly comfortable. Are you more concerned with performance? The rear-axle steering with power steering “plus” stretches the limit even further of the unprecedented grip that the 462 hp (!) strong Panamera Turbo has to offer. Driving straight ahead is of course also possible: the 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission blasts the Porsche from a standstill beyond 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds. The 2.9 V6 E-hybrid only stops at 278 km/h. At least, on paper… When can we put this unique offer on paper for you?
