This turbo-look Targa was also delivered with the full 231 hp. A removable original Porsche catalytic converter has been installed since 1991.
The first owner, who came from the vicinity of Göttingen, chose the option “paint to sample”, which cost around 6,000 DM at the time, and opted for a very attractive and pleasantly warm silver tone with the fancy name “silver pink”. In our eyes, the naming is a bit misleading and corresponds more to an anthracite-colored silver tone.
Its 2nd and last registered owner from Kassel took over the Porsche from the first owner after just 6 months and only used it – as evidenced by the registrations and de-registrations documented in the old vehicle registration document – in the summer months.
The mileage of only 77,100 km is documented by the original checkbook, mostly kept by Porsche, with 12 maintenance stamps and by TÜV reports.
The paintwork and the entire body are in very good condition. Most of the car is still painted in the original paint. Spatula parts are nil. Only the rear side panels have a new layer of paint, which is certainly due to the wide turbo bulges of the body, which are now covered with stone chip film, and the associated susceptibility to stone chips.
All stickers below the bonnet and at the entrance on the front passenger's B-pillar and in the engine compartment have been preserved.
The extremely neat and undamaged interior in black full leather (including the dashboard, center console and the two door panels) looks and feels like new. The electric comfort seats with seat heating work perfectly.
The engine is dry, starts immediately and does not bleed.
The air conditioning has already been switched to 134a and is working.
The original board folder with all additional instructions is of course complete.
