We have the honor of offering a low mileage 1989 Carrera 4 painted in the beautiful color Guards Red, also known as Guards Red. It was built in August 1989 and delivered by Porsche Center Cologne on 14-09-1989. The car was imported to the Netherlands in January 1998. From the factory equipped with some nice options, such as black leather interior, cruise control, electric windows, windshield with green band, air conditioning and an electric sunroof.

But that's not all, because the previous owner further enhanced the 964's appearance with a set of original Porsche 964 Cup rims, 964 Cup mirrors, rear window wipers, fog lights and, as the icing on the cake, a subtle lowering with Bilstein springs and dampers. As this was an early 964, it was not yet fitted with an airbag steering wheel as standard, which provided the opportunity to fit a stylish Momo Prototipo sports steering wheel.

At the rear of the Carrera 4 is the 3.6-liter M64 twin-cylinder boxer engine with 250 hp, which drives all wheels with the help of the ingenious all-wheel drive system. As standard, power is distributed 31% to the front axle and 69% to the rear axle, so that the feeling of a sports car with rear-wheel drive is retained. On slippery surfaces, the power distribution is adjustable to 50/50 so that you always have grip. The 964 is also equipped with ABS and power steering as standard.
One of the coolest gadgets is the automatically folding rear spoiler, which generates downforce at higher speeds. It opens automatically from 80 kph and retracts again below 10 kph. If you think it's cool, you can also operate it yourself with a button.
