The Porsche 964 represents an important chapter in the evolution of the 911, combining the unmistakable character and proportions of the classic air-cooled Porsche with a more modern driving experience. In Carrera 2 specification, power is sent exclusively to the rear wheels, while the five-speed manual transmission retains the direct and engaging character that defines this generation.

This 1990 Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Targa is an original Dutch-delivered example, finished in Grand Prix White over a Marine Blue interior. The combination is particularly well suited to the clean lines of the 964, while the removable Targa roof adds another dimension to the driving experience without taking away from the character of the 911.

At its heart is the naturally aspirated 3.6-litre flat-six engine, producing 250 hp and 310 Nm of torque. Paired with the manual transmission and rear-wheel-drive layout, the Carrera 2 offers the mechanical and involving driving experience for which the air-cooled 911 has become so appreciated.
