Chassis 130833 was registered new to its first owner, a resident of Alhambra, California in 1964 via Competition Motors, Culver City, California. The original specification was signal red over black interior per the Kardex, it was optioned with chrome-plated perforated disc brakes, red coconut floor mats, hubcaps with the Porsche crest and a Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio with two speakers and antenna.
