2014 Porsche 718 Boxter GTS

The 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 has a 4.0 litre naturally aspirated flat-six mounted in the middle of the car, 400 ps, a six-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. The suspension sits 20 mm lower than the standard 718 and PTV Plus is standard, providing torque vectoring on the rear axle. This is also the last generation combustion-engined Boxster. The replacement will be fully electric.

Fun fact: the 4.0 litre engine in the GTS is the same unit as in the GT4 and the Spyder. In the GTS it produces 400 ps, in the Spyder 420 ps. The difference is in the software, not the hardware.
