The vehicle was ordered in December 1986 from the Westphalian Porsche direct dealer Röttger in Hagen, delivered in February 1987, and had only one owner until 2017. In September 1989, a catalytic converter was retrofitted at Porsche; the engine power is now listed as 207 hp (151 kW), down from the original 231 hp. I took over the car as the second owner in September 2017.
All maintenance up to 100,000 km was performed at the Porsche Center Lennetal; thereafter, exclusively at workshops specializing in Porsche.
From October 2017 to May 2018, the 911 underwent a comprehensive restoration in the Münsterland region by a Porsche master technician. This included, among other things, an engine overhaul as well as the replacement of the Bilstein shock absorbers, the Bosch starter motor, and the windshield with a period-correct green wedge and antenna. The bodywork was carried out by a specialist shop in Stadtlohn; the car was then repainted in its original color, Grand Prix White.
The Carrera has an H-license plate, including a certification report in accordance with § 23 StVZO, and is currently in very good, unmodified condition. Two Classic Data reports rate the vehicle with a grade of 2+.
The car comes with extensive documentation including photos and copies of invoices, the original owner’s manual, the warranty booklet, and the on-board tool kit, including a jack and compressor.
