The vehicle in detail

When performance and stance is key.

This Porsche we have for sale here is a real drivers car. Made by and for Porsche enthusiasts. Started out as an 1972 oilklappe model delivered to Hawaii it has been imported to Europe and has been bought by Belgian fashion designer Veronique Branquinho which used the car in an exhibition covered inside out in her famous tweed. When she became artistic director at Delvaux that the car was bought by the current owner who did not only had the car restored but also made in to a road legal evocation and homage of the Porsche RSR of that same year 72.

After a bare metal strip down, it received RSR- correct chassis strengthening ,kevlar hood and wider wings, fully bolted half roll cage, wide period Fuchs wheels, thicker torsion bars ,new Bilstein dampers and several other improvements. Engine wise the original 2.4l block was adopted to 3.2l spec and received some well-tuned PMO carburetors. All of that is fully documented and has been done by well-known Porsche tuner in Belgium and Germany. After spending some time in its original RSR spec white coat, the owner had a meeting with Magnus Walker and they decided to bring to car to his legendary 277 livery to ride at the Porsche Days in Francorchamps. The car comes with 2 engine bonnets: the original red Magnus Walker spec one and one with an RSR spoiler which improves high speed handling on circuit.

This is in short a unique opportunity to own a truly amazing sportscar that not only looks the part, drives like a thoroughbred racer when needed but is equally at home at everyday traffic. The ride is an superb mix between sport and comfort, This is not you average racer car, but a Porsche that has undergone a high quality rebuild with no costs spared, performed by highly appraised Porsche workshops. The engine is tuned so good that although sporty it’s still refined. This car will look the part at any meeting and even around town all at a fraction of the price of a the real RSR. If you rather have a different look, all decals are easily removed and leaves you with a blank canvas. This car is all about quality, originality and useability.

With the car you receive all documents and bills of the rebuild and improvements there is even a patch of the Branquinho Tweed that once covered this unique Porsche.
Writing about this car is one thing, but it needs to be driven to understand this car. So please be welcome to take this little monster for a spin.
