1975 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa, U.S. market CIS car, comprehensively rebuilt and upgraded with an emphasis on performance and drivability.
The original 2.7-liter engine was rebuilt as a high-compression 2.8-liter CIS engine by Workshop 5001. The transmission was fully rebuilt with a limited-slip differential. The suspension and brakes were completely rebuilt, retaining the original arms, which were restored and powder-coated, and fitted with KW Variant 3 dampers. StopTech big brake kit, built to Workshop 5001 specs. New 16-inch Fuchs wheels, refreshed carpeting, and a rear-seat delete complete the build. A very quick, well-sorted early Carrera Targa that retains its period character while offering significantly improved performance and drivability.
