Since this Porsche 911 S still has its first paintwork in the factory paintwork called "Saharadiamant" (Porsche color code 436) after almost 45 years, apart from a subsequent conversion of the rear bumper to EU "Bumper", there are various scratches, paint chips and smaller ones on the body polished areas visible. Several stone chips can be seen, especially at the front. Rust, on the other hand, cannot be found on the entire body of this 911, and there are no modifications that deviate from the original condition. Gross damage or defects on the exterior cannot be complained about.
The rims are original cleaver rims in silver: These are in a used condition. The Dunlop tires have a good profile, but according to DOT the tires are from 2010 and should therefore be changed for safety reasons. The disc brakes at the front and rear can be said to be in good condition, and there are apparently no deficits to list in the area of the chassis either.
Black leather in the interior creates a classic sports car ambience: A chafed area of the piping can be seen on the side bolster of the driver's seat, otherwise the full leather sports seats are still completely intact and the upholstery also seems good. The three-spoke leather steering wheel is not particularly worn and the black dashboard has no cracks. The headlining and the footwell carpet are in good condition according to the age. No missing parts can be found in the entire interior of this 911 S. In addition to the turbo sports seats, there is also air conditioning and a contemporary radio on board the Porsche.
A familiar sight for 911 drivers: the five round instruments on the dashboard. The mileage speedometer reads 42,220 miles, which would correspond to a reading of 67,950 in kilometers. All instruments in the interior work perfectly. The seller mentions that there is a complete history (incl. on-board folder with service booklet and invoices) and this low total mileage can therefore be proven. It is also worth mentioning that all invoices including mileage information are available.
This Porsche 911 S is powered by a 2.7 liter six-cylinder boxer engine, which generates an output of 165 hp. The driver shifts through the gears via a 5-speed manual gearbox. A last service took place in January 2022, the current owner lists the following work as recent repairs: Renewal of SSI stainless steel heat exchanger (NOS part), new battery, new Euro headlights, engine removal with complete sealing.
The underbody of this 1977 Porsche 911 S is in very good condition: According to the seller, the future owner will not have any work to do other than replacing the tires.
