Other options were a factory-made front spoiler from the 911 S, the S-look package with S-instruments, Fuchs alloy wheels 6 x 15, comfort seats with seat center panels in pepita fabric and a 5-speed gearbox. These rich options drove the original price to $ 10,036.57. Ray was so taken with his beautiful Porsche that he kept it for over 30 years and only sold it in 2004.
In 2007 the Porsche was exported to Germany by its 3rd owner, newly painted in its delivery color silver metallic and technically revised in loving detail. In 2013, an engine and transmission revision was carried out at 127,869 km. An extensive folder with all original workshop invoices since delivery shows that in Germany alone, work was carried out for over EUR 25,000. This technically convincing Targa model can be driven accordingly. The engine sounds good mechanically, the MFI works without splashing and the transmission shifts cleanly and smoothly.
Our Targa comes with the original board folder with operating instructions and service booklet, new car invoice, window sticker, birth certificate, new valuation report (condition 1-) and a folder full of invoices since 1973.
This Porsche combines maximum driving pleasure with a very rare complete documentation at a very good price-performance ratio.
