2010 Porsche Cayman S

Making its debut at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Porsche Cayman featured an aggressive, yet familiar, front-end design, and a fluid silhouette with exquisite detailing and the functional aerodynamics of an automatic rear spoiler. Far more than just a Boxster with a hardtop, it was a completely distinct, sculpted fastback coupe designed to carve its own identity and target a new segment of Porsche enthusiasts. Strategically positioned between the wildly popular open-top Boxster and the iconic 911, the Cayman filled a crucial void in the Porsche model lineup.
In 2009, the Cayman received its first major facelift alongside a suite of mechanical upgrades. Most notable were the new powertrains, with the standard Cayman now powered by a 2.9-liter flat-six producing 265 horsepower, while the high-performance Cayman S utilized a 3.4-liter flat-six delivering an impressive 320 hp. Both engines could be paired with either the standard six-speed manual or Porsche’s revolutionary seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. Subtle exterior design changes and modernization of the interior, including tech, brought the Cayman in line with the rest of the Porsche lineup. This mid-cycle refresh carried through to the 2012 model year, concluding the first-generation (987) Cayman production.
This 2010 Porsche Cayman S left the factory finished in the optional factory exterior finish of Meteor Grey Metallic over black leather. This Cayman S is powered by the 320-horsepower, 3.4-liter flat-six, which is backed by the optional seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. Nicely specified from new, additional optional highlights include Sport Wheel with paddle shift, universal audio interface, Bose high-end sound package, PCM 3.0 with Extended Navigation, automatic climate control, self-dimming mirrors, and rain sensor.
