This car was sold new by the Porsche dealership Soveco in Bologna to a well-known local family; it was a husband’s gift to his wife. Used very little even in its early years, the car was subsequently stored in a garage for family reasons and forgotten there for twenty years, until its discovery in this exceptional “Barn Find” case, in a state of absolute preservation.

The refined “Triple Blue” specification features the magnificent Iris Blue bodywork paired with a midnight blue interior and a blue soft top, all completed by notable options such as a limited-slip differential, electric seats, a wind deflector, and air conditioning—not to mention the personalized license plate featuring the Bologna area code “051”.

Clearly, the car features full matching numbers and colors, as well as its complete original equipment: service book, manuals, pouch, and first-registration license plates.

Upon its discovery, a thorough analysis was carried out at a Porsche Centre, followed by major maintenance including everything necessary for the perfect functioning and use of the car. It was then necessary to drive it for a “break-in” period of about 500 km, replace the tires, and perform a meticulous interior and exterior cleaning to remove the dust of the years—all for a total expenditure of over €20,000.

Today, the car is not simply “like new”: it is exactly as it left the factory. From the protective wax on the underbody to the original paper labels on the brake calipers, right down to all the known factory production Porsche stickers (under-hood, paint code, and passenger door jamb), it probably represents a unique specimen in the world for its condition of originality and mileage.
