I am selling my Porsche 993 Cabrio C2 in one of the rarest colors available for the 993. Porsche Moroccan Red is a deep, rich purple that looks slightly different in every light and never gets boring.
I have owned the vehicle since 2019 and have always had all repairs done at one of the best workshops for air-cooled Porsches—Krämer Sportwagen in Vogt.
In addition to the repairs, I’ve also invested in the car’s appearance, adding the Porsche Turbo front apron, a new Sonnenland convertible top, a new black cover, the original Porsche Sport Package with a new air filter and chrome tailpipes, new headlight lenses, turn signals, and taillights due to minor stone chips and water ingress, as well as in great acoustics thanks to the newly installed PCCM and high-quality speakers installed by the Porsche sound specialist—Mobile Performance by Markus Klos.
The vehicle is a US import from California that was brought to Germany in 2008 and completely converted to the German specification here. The 993 is equipped with the Varioram engine, which is popular and highly regarded among Porsche enthusiasts for its torque delivery and retention of value. Thanks to the manual transmission and the KW coilover suspension—which was also set up and calibrated at Krämer—the convertible offers a sporty yet comfortable ride and is pleasant to drive even on long trips.
I only drive the vehicle in dry weather, and it was ceramic-coated two years ago.
I simply don’t drive the convertible enough and would therefore like to pass it on to a collection or an enthusiast, as it is in first-class condition thanks to its paintwork and its visual and technical state.
I also have the original Turbo-Look wheels with new, unused tires, 3mm and 5mm spacers, as well as the light gray original Porsche soft top, a Porsche 993 Cabrio luggage set for the rear seat, and the original Porsche car cover for sale.
