The presented model was sold to its first owner by Porsche Dealer Flemington (New Jersey, USA), official agency of the brand on January 16th 1998. The vehicle remained on American soil and did not change owner during 9 years with a follow-up exclusively realized in the official Porsche network.
The vehicle was imported in Switzerland on May 30th 2007 with 64’000 Miles on the odometer by a Porsche specialist in Dübendorf who performed 2 anti-pollution controls as well as the maintenance before the delivery to its second owner in July 2009 and 66’500 Miles.
The car was then bought by its third and last owner in October 2016 at 69’800 Miles.
The latter decided in August 2018 at 74’514 Miles to upgrade the vehicle to European configuration, namely :

On the outside, the vehicle is in exceptional condition. The original paint in its Arctic Grey metallic color (code L92U) has been detailing in March 2023 after the photo shooting and shows only a few very superficial traces of wear on the hood (gravel impacts) and the bottom of the front bumper slightly rubbed. Note 2 dents on the right rear fender and the right headlight washer nozzle which will be repaired for the delivery to its new owner. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition as well as the headlights. The transparent protections on the fenders have been replaced since the photo shoot because they were tarnished with time and dirt between the body and the film. The soft top is in excellent condition despite its age, no damage or tears to be deplored. Some superficial marks are nevertheless to be reported. The car is matching number on the outside
The interior is well preserved and has options from the Porsche Exclusiv department. The black leather upholstery does not show any tear, hole or pronounced wear, proof of the care taken by the different owners. A treatment of the leather was done by a professional in March 2023 after the photo shoot. The steering wheel, dashboard are in very good condition. However, there are some minor defects such as the left door trim which is starting to tear as well as the left door armrest which does not hold properly when opened. The on-board instrumentation as well as the electrical equipment including the soft top work normally. The vehicle is also fully matching number inside.
The mechanics work perfectly. The engine is fully original (matching number), starts well when hot or cold, has a stable idle and has all its power. There are no leaks to report. The car brakes normally, the gears shift without clutching. The clutch does not show any sign of weakness.
The car has its 4 original Cup 17 inch rims with slight damage on 2 of them which will be repaired for delivery, shod with new Pirelli PZERO tires. A great service with replacement of the brake fluid and all filters will be done in Porsche Classic Center for delivery to the future owner.

The mileage is certified by the service booklet duly completed as well as the anti-pollution booklet (see PDF). The vehicle is currently registered in Switzerland and will be delivered with its 2 keys, all the original logbooks and a certificate 111 points of control made by a certified technician.
