Throughout its ownership history, the car has been meticulously maintained, supported by an extensive collection of servicing and maintenance invoices. It has also been fitted with a carbon-fibre Gurney flap.
In 2014, the car was entrusted to Porsche Center Haninge, where it underwent a service and a comprehensive gearbox overhaul, including revised gear ratios.
In recent years, the car has been used only sparingly and has always been stored in a heated garage. When the current owner decided to offer it for sale, MOTIKON carried out a comprehensive inspection as part of our standard preparation process. Every issue identified during the inspection was subsequently addressed, ensuring that the car is presented in excellent mechanical condition.
The 996 generation was overlooked for many years, but appreciation and values have now begun to rise. With just 682 examples produced, the GT3 RS is increasingly recognised by our team of experts not only as an exceptionally engaging sports car, but also as a compelling opportunity in the increasingly valuable world of collectible Porsches.
We are therefore proud to present this recently overhauled, low-mileage example of one of the greatest modern Porsches. It is accompanied by extensive documentation, original Porsche literature, its complete tool kit and an additional set of BBS LM wheels.
A comprehensive record of the work carried out, together with further historical information, photographs and videos, is available upon serious enquiry. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
Recent Porsche 111-point inspection completed, confirming the car’s exceptional condition; report available on request.

The 996 GT3 RS was distinguished by its lightweight polycarbonate rear window, carbon-fibre bonnet and rear wing, together with numerous additional weight-saving measures. Its naturally aspirated flat-six engine, derived from Hans Mezger’s celebrated architecture, also featured revised intake and exhaust ports developed to meet racing homologation requirements.
