This is the Carrera S with the 3.8-liter flat-six and 385pk. Make no mistake—the 911 may be nearly 20 years old, but its performance is nothing short of impressive. Once you get the hang of the manual transmission, you’ll accelerate from a standstill to 100 kph in a mere 4.7 seconds, and the fun doesn’t stop until you reach 302 kph. The handling is impressive. Grip levels are high, braking power is immense, and thanks in part to the PASM active suspension, the limits are far out there. And since this is the Carrera S, it features rear-wheel drive—which guarantees a high fun factor as well as a lower weight than the Carrera 4S.
Sportiness and power are outstanding, but the Porsche 911 is also known for its everyday practicality—and that includes luxury. This model features some fine options. For instance, you’ll be seated in fully power-adjustable sport seats with memory settings and seat heating—and, of course, leather upholstery. The dark Alcantara headliner is particularly elegant. Naturally, the Carrera S comes with an electrically operated sliding/tilting sunroof. The center console houses controls for the electric spoiler, PASM suspension, Sport button, climate control for the automatic air conditioning, and the PCM system with navigation, Bluetooth phone connectivity, and audio. The Porsche also features the BOSE audio system. The cruise control and parking sensors are very convenient. Additionally, it has xenon headlights, and since this is the facelift version, the 911 is equipped with LED daytime running lights and LED taillights.
The Porsche 911 has a fully documented history and has had three verifiable owners. All documentation is included, as are all keys. Additionally, a folder containing a detailed history and numerous invoices is provided. It is clear that this vehicle has been treated and driven with great care and love. In addition to regular maintenance, the dual-mass flywheel—including the clutch—was replaced on October 9, 2020, at 133,164 km. The brake rotors and brake pads were also replaced. On December 22, 2021, at 146,321 km, the high-pressure fuel pump was replaced.
