The last of its kind: The 997.2 GT3 RS marked the end of an era. Porsche has never again offered a GT3 RS with a manual gearbox. The 3.8-litre Mezger engine revs to 8,500 rpm, driving the rear wheels through a six-speed manual – no dual clutch, nothing between driver and machine. Built for the 2010 and 2011 model years, 1,619 examples left the factory.

This car

Delivered new to Germany and picked up from the first owner, a Swiss Buyer, at PZ Leipzig. The car has been regularly exercised, but still a low-mileage example.

The car was specified from the factory with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes. A complete steel brake system is also included. The steel setup is currently fitted; the ceramic system is in storage and is part of the sale.

History and condition

Service history is fully documented with Porsche Centre Maienfeld. All maintenance was carried out to factory schedule and all records are present.

The car is in excellent condition and comes with 2 keys, owner’s manuals, tool kit and complete service documentation.
