As soon as we have completed your order and handed it over to the parcel service, you will receive an email from us with the invoice and a link to the parcel tracking. Just follow the link and you can track where your Elferspot package is and when it will be delivered.
Our warehouse is located in Austria. Depending on the destination country, this takes different amounts of time. Usually it takes 2-3 days to Germany, 4-5 days within the EU. Overseas it takes between 7-14 days.
Please contact our shop support (shop@elferspot.com) with your order number, a photo of the delivery and a brief description of the fault – we will take care of it immediately.
We offer a wide range of popular payment methods. Among others, of course, Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay and many more. Direct bank transfer is also possible and can be selected as an option.
Of course you can return purchased items within 14 days after receipt. To do so, please send us an email to shop@elferspot.com and let us know that you will be returning an item. We would appreciate if you could also give us a reason for the return. Please send the item(s) to the following address:

As soon as we have received the return, we will check it and refund you the amount. For returns from countries outside the EU, any customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the refund will take different amounts of time depending on the payment method.
Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for ensuring that the return is protected from damage and contamination. If you want to return a book, please make sure that it arrives in its original packaging (protective foil, slipcase).
In case of exchange or revocation, the customer bears the costs for the return. The costs for resending in case of exchange and also the costs for the additional packaging material will be covered by Elferspot.
Currently we mainly work with GLS (Europe) and DHL Express (overseas). However, depending on your needs, we can also commission other shipping service providers.
The shipping costs are calculated by the system in the background individually depending on the total weight of your order. As soon as the address data are entered, the system creates a shipping forecast for your order.
Directly in the shopping cart there is a link “Enter coupon code”. If you have a coupon code, you can use it there.
Please just send an email with the order number to shop@elferspot.com and let us know what you want to cancel.
A contact request with your request is sufficient. We will take care of it immediately. If your request concerns an existing order, please be sure to include the order number.

Basically, the more pictures, the better. We require at least 3 pictures and one of them must show the Porsche in an overall view. To improve your chances of selling, however, you should show all perspectives of the outside and inside of your Porsche. To find the right price, you can ask for your Porsche, you should get an overview of the prices at which similar vehicles are currently available on the market. You should then make an honest assessment of where your own Porsche should be within the price range. But every car is individual. If you are not sure what price is right for your car, you could ask a local inspection authority (Dekra, ÖAMTC or similar) or a dealer in your area for an estimate.
First make sure that you have selected the correct model series, e.g. 982 for 718 Boxster and Cayman. If your model is not available, please use our contact form so that we can add any missing models.
Under the menu ‘Listings’ in the top navigation bar you can update each listing via the ‘Edit’ button (e.g. price, description, pictures).
You can find the number of views in the dashboard under ‘Listings’ – there you can see views and requests.
From time to time we also present listings on our social media accounts. Please understand that we cannot post every vehicle. However, the better the presentation of your listing, the higher the chances that our social media team will select exactly your listing.
We keep Elferspot users regularly up to date via our newsletter. On Tuesdays we offer special newsletters with special topics, for example Turbo, Targa or GT. Every Friday we present some of the latest listings in general, and every Sunday a selection of the most exciting listings from private sellers.
Our editorial team is responsible for selecting the vehicles presented there. However, the better the presentation of your listing, the higher the chances that our team will select exactly your listing.
Please check the description for indications of a replica. If the description as a Replica is incorrect, please contact us with proof of originality (e.g. chassis number).
