Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 WTL

Porsche 911 3.2 Cabriolet WTL (M491) 1985.

This Porsche 911 Cabrio was originally delivered on July 23, 1985 with the rare M491 (WTL) option. WTL stands for Werks Turbo Look, factory-supplied Turbo screens, Turbo brakes and Turbo suspension. So it is actually a full Turbo version, but without the Turbo engine.

Instead, the WTL is equipped with the strong and reliable 3.2 Carrera engine. The engine was tackled in 2017 for $12,000 and there are also various invoices of the car. This is a fully matching numbers car, both the engine and gearbox are matching numbers and therefore still the original ones with which the car left the factory in 1985.

Body and paint:

The body is in a neat condition. The car has good paint and still has a nice shine. Also still in the original color scheme of Indischrot with a black convertible top and champagne leather upholstery. Furthermore, the convertible top is also still neat and there is still a tonneau cover present with the car.

Interior:

The interior of the car is generally still very neat. Equipped with sports seats in Champagne leather which are electrically adjustable in height. The leather of the seats still looks neat with normal traces of use that match the age of the car. The carpet and the door panels also still look neat with normal traces of use.

Mechanical:

The 911 is mechanically sound. The engine runs nicely and drives well. The car recently has a Dutch registration and was also fully MOT approved at the time. Mechanically, the car therefore fully meets the Dutch MOT requirements. The Porsche has also been adapted to the European specification, for example, European headlights have been fitted.


In addition to the rare WTL option, this 911 convertible is also equipped with cruise control, sports seats and central locking.

The official Porsche birth certificate is also present with the car. Here it is all visible and this can of course be sent if interested.



Currently with a Dutch license plate and a valid MOT.
