Porsche 991 Carrera S 50 Jahre Jubiläumsmodell. Also called the ‘Jubi’, let’s stick to that, just as easy! 2013 could not pass unnoticed, Porsche celebrated the 50th anniversary of the 911! To celebrate this, something special had to be done! 1963 examples as a link to the year of birth of the Porsche 911. A limited edition, collector’s item with a subtle wink to the early years. Thus was born the Porsche 991 Carrera S 50 Jahre Jubiläumsmodell.

Appearance & Performance
Subtle, that’s what Porsche does best! At first glance, there is nothing special about the Jubi, but it has been given something to do with different versions. Buyers of the Jubi had a choice of three different colours: Graphitgrau, Geysir Grau Metallic and Schwarz. Our example was finished in Graphitgrau or Graphite Grey. Standard features on the Jubi were the chrome trim, sports exhaust, Bi-Xenon headlights and the sports design door mirrors. For the interior of this Jubiläumsmodell, leather upholstery was chosen, in the colour agate grey with contrasting stitching. All interior trim elements were finished in brushed aluminium.
Then there was the choice of a manual gearbox or a 6-speed PDK transmission. For this example, a 6-speed PDK was chosen with paddle shifters and a gear lever from the Porsche Exclusive range. The PKD automatic was 0.2 seconds faster than the manual version, but it lost 2 km/h in top speed! (298 km/h compared to 300 km/h manual) 0 to 100 can be done in 4.3 seconds in this Porsche.
What is immediately noticeable when you see the car is the wider rear as with the GTS version. Despite the fact that the Jubi was only rear-wheel driven, it still got the extended wheel arches.
Then Porsches wink to the early years, the rims were based on the Fuchs rims from the earlier years. All around and inside the car you will find classic ’50 Jarhe’ signs, so you are constantly reminded that you are not driving a standard Porsche 991.

In terms of options, there were few extras to choose from, only one option package was available, this car got that option package: Sport Chrono Package, (analogue and digital stopwatches, Launch Control, dynamic engine mounts, Porsche Communication Management (PCM), a phone module as well as a parking assistant and heated front seats)

This 50 Jahre Jubi is number 123 of the 1,963 cars produced. A true collector’s item! A great additional advantage for entrepreneurs is that with this car the VAT is still deductible.
