2014 Porsche 991 50th Anniversary Edition with Factory Powerkit
This exceptional 50th Anniversary Edition was supplied new by Porsche Mayfair and was ordered to a very high specification including the very rare optional Porsche Powerkit. This expensive option fitted by the factory when new involves a number of fundamental upgrades to the power train including flow optimised cylinder heads with polished channels, a dual resonance intake system with enlarged valve lift and adapted valve spring package as well as a modified sports exhaust system. Last but not least the engine mapping is completely redesigned. The Powerkit obviously increases power but it does so much more, the engine feels much smoother and more eager, subtly improving the driving experience. As is usual with Porsche, the Powerkit is so much more than the sum of the parts.
