Porsche 911 Dakar

The Porsche 911 Dakar, launched in November 2022, is a limited-edition variant of the iconic 911, engineered for off-road performance without compromising on-road dynamics. Inspired by Porsche’s success in the 1984 Paris-Dakar Rally, specially tuned suspension increases the ride height by 50mm over the standard Carrera and Pirelli Scorpion all-terrain tyres ensure good off-roading capability. Power comes from a 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine producing 473bhp which is paired with an eight-speed PDK that drives all four wheels.

Inside, the Dakar feels much like any other 992 generation 911 though with an additional off-road driving mode and button to raise and lower the car. Limited to 2,500 units globally, the Dakar offers customers something never available before from a 911, the ability to drive on some of the most challenging terrain while remaining in the familiar refinement of the most successful sports car of all time.
