Twenty years on from the introduction of Porsche’s first GT3 RS, the 992-generation of Porsche’s track-focused 911 is truly a force to be reckoned with. It is relentless in its mission to deliver the quickest possible lap times in a road-legal platform. With a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat six-cylinder engine at its heart, the 911 GT3 RS still embraces that tried-and-true powerplant at a time when its rivals are moving increasingly towards hybridization and electrification. For two decades, the GT3 RS has remained the must-own model in the 911 range for many enthusiasts, with Paint to Sample allocations such as the car offered here, becoming increasingly sought after in recent years.
Delivered new to Porsche Centre Oakville and built to Canadian specifications, this Weissach package-equipped GT3 RS showcases fabulous attention to detail making for a truly breathtaking car. Finished in Paint to Sample Midnight Blue Metallic, this darker blue is offset by one of Porsche’s more iconic and brighter blues, Riviera Blue, throughout both the exterior and interior of the car. The wheels, rear spoiler end plates, and nose trim are painted in Riviera Blue, alongside the wheels and side stripes, painted in the same fashion as the 997.2 GT3 RS.
Inside, driver and passenger step over illuminated ‘Sonderwunsch’ door sills and into seats finished in Riviera Blue leather contrasted with black piping and black Race-Tex seat centres. Numerous other details inside are trimmed in Riviera Blue, from the stitching and 12 o’clock marker on the steering wheel to customized door panels and both keys.

Importantly, the GT3 RS is also equipped with a number of key optional extras, including the aforementioned Weissach package, extended range fuel tank, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes in gloss black, front axle lift, ParkAssist, LED-Matrix Design Headlights in Black, Exclusive Design taillights, and the Bose surround sound system.
All told, the GT3 RS boasts over $130,000 CAD in Sonderwunsch options in addition to over $95,000 CAD in optional extras, making this GT3 RS surely amongst the highest optioned GT3 RS’ to be delivered to Canada. The car’s CXX order form and build sheet detailing each remain on file. Offered in unregistered, virtually as-new condition, it has been driven just 50 kilometers from new at the time of cataloging. The winning bidder can choose to collect the car from either Porsche Centre Oakville or Porsche Centre Kitchener -Waterloo.
Net proceeds of the sale will benefit the Policaro Foundation and The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). Established by the Policaro Group, the Policaro Foundation seeks to benefit a variety of charitable organizations in Southern Ontario with a focus on seriously ill children, and specifically has donated over $1,000,000 CAD to the SickKids Foundation since it was established in 2018.
