In 2017, Porsche unveiled a special edition of the 991.2 Turbo S coupe known as the “Exclusive Series,” intended to celebrate the end of 991 production. Developed in partnership with Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur department, just 500 coupes were built worldwide, with an additional 500 cabriolets added in 2018. Numerous carbon fiber panels were utilized, and the carbon’s weave was visually highlighted by the unique paint scheme’s exposed-carbon, over-the-top stripes. In addition to their visual flair, the Exclusive Series cars were the most powerful 911 Turbo S ever, thanks to a Porsche Exclusive power kit that added 27 hp, for a total of 607.
