The body has left intact except for fiberglass flares which have been  pop riveted to the existing fenders.

A large front spoiler , that also hid the engine’s oil and A/C radiators ,replaced the stock front bumper.

Inside the cockpit much of the production car interior was left intact. The power window lifts, the door-mounted map compartments and other items had been  left in place so the car could meet minimum weight requirements.

The engine was tested , rebuilt and race tuned; the transmission disassembled, gear ratios checked, then assembled with new bearings, shifting sleeve, main shaft nuts, pinion nut, flywheel, pressure plate and gasket set;

Installed correct front wheel fans; Completed a full chassis race setup and suspension check;

Fabricate wicker bills in 2 sizes, 3-8″ and increasing rear down force; Custom fit SFI padding in driver compartment; Applied clearguard to front spoiler, bumper, hood, fenders, fender flares-front and rear, side lower rockers, rear lower rocker extension;

Adjusted brake pedal position lower to allow for heel and toe driving;

Replaced brake pads with latest compound material;

. The 911 retains the production suspension pick up points with new Bilstein shocks absorbers front and rear. Adjustable anti-roll bars are fitted along with BBS alloy wheels (8×15 front and 10×15 rear).

The new ventilated brakes  with cross drilled rotors and new pistons calipers.

The transmission is the standard street 915 five speed.

The engine differs little from the standard  production 911 3.0 SC , except for  new racing pistons , rebuilding  heads and valves. Control shaft mounting bushing and new timing chain. Bosch K –Jetronic adjustment. New sport exaust mufflers.

We obtained 245 HP instead of 205 HP .

Based around Porsche’s production 911, the car weighed in at 1120kg.

Some parts inevitably stayed though and these often included stock door trim and even electric windows.

More importantly, 911’s were equipped with fully-adjustable suspension and anti-roll bars plus cross-drilled and ventilated discs with finned calipers.

Front 8×15-inch  and rear 10×15 BBS alloys were fitted along with a 90 liters fuel cell under the front lid.

Tyres . Front Michelin TB5F racing  225/50 R 15 79 V  – Rear TB5 P Racing 270/45 R 15 86 W
