For sale is a stunning 1981 Porsche 911 3.0 SC Targa, finished in the fantastic color combination of Moss Green Metallic over a Light Brown interior.

The car was delivered new on April 7, 1981, by Porsche Switzerland and is the 1,297th of the 1,703 European Targas built in 1981. It remained in Switzerland until 1999, when it was acquired by its second owner in the Netherlands. The car stayed there until 2018 before being purchased by its third owner in Belgium.

The vehicle in detail

The Belgian owner is a true Porsche enthusiast, and the Targa became part of his private collection as a collector’s car. This explains the very limited mileage accumulated since then. Nevertheless, the car has continued to receive regular maintenance and minor mechanical work to keep it in excellent condition.

The original service book was meticulously maintained throughout its time in Switzerland and during its early years in the Netherlands. Thereafter, all maintenance invoices from the Official Porsche Centre Leusden have been carefully preserved, providing an excellent service history. More recently, the interior and the iconic Targa bar have been professionally refreshed.

For a 45-year-old Porsche, this 911 is in exceptionally well-preserved condition, both mechanically and cosmetically, and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.
