The suspension strikes a balance between comfort and razor-sharp precision. Adaptive dampers, rear-axle steering, and active roll stabilization come standard. These systems keep the car stable and neutral even under very high lateral acceleration, while still ensuring a comfortable ride on the highway or during long drives. The soft top opens and closes electrohydraulically in about twelve seconds and can be operated even while driving at speeds up to approximately 50 kph. When closed, it is well insulated, making the Turbo S a true all-season vehicle. Inside, the 992.1 follows the modern Porsche design language with a central tachometer, a large infotainment display, and high-quality materials. Despite its clear sports car focus, the convertible offers two rear emergency seats, which often serve as additional storage space in everyday use. A defining characteristic of the 992.1 Turbo S Cabrio is the apparent ease with which it combines seemingly contradictory requirements. It’s brutally fast, yet not skittish. It is luxuriously equipped, yet not cumbersome. Furthermore, as a convertible, it offers a very intense driving experience without sacrificing the long-distance qualities typical of the Turbo. Overall, the model is considered one of the most well-rounded 911s because it excels in every scenario—from a fast lap through the Alpine passes to a long highway trip—while always delivering that confident, effortlessly powerful Turbo S feel.

The history of this convertible began on November 3, 2022, with an offer from the Porsche Center Zug to the vehicle’s first—and, to date, only—owner. After a long wait, the car was completed on April 22, 2024, in the special color Fir Green Metallic with truffle brown leather. Following the pre-sale inspection on May 14, the first delivery to the Switzerland-based collector finally took place on May 24. A few days later, on June 20, 2024, the collector registered the 911 for the first time. Despite ideal conditions, he decided to add the vehicle to his impressive collection without ever having driven it, which is why it still has the same mileage as at the pre-sale inspection: 25 km.
