The front end (bumper, fenders, hood) have already been repainted, apparently because of falling rocks. In the original turquoise green metallic (manufacturer color code L25D). Which goes very well with the gray convertible top. The current owner took over the Porsche, nothing was repainted in its time. Nothing was changed or tinkered with on the body, and you will look in vain for any major damage. There are only barely visible signs of use that are due to the age of the vehicle.
The Porsche rolls on original 18 ”“ Turbolook ”rims, which at that time could be ordered as an option for a surcharge and have now been retrofitted by the owner. In the course of the Europeanization of the vehicle, an adjustable Bilstein chassis was installed. But these are the only changes in the chassis, wheels and brakes. Otherwise everything else is original, and the underbody is also described by its owner as rust-free and free of scratches and damage. The tires are new, they are the Michelin tires favored by Porsche with N3 identification. Brake discs and pads were replaced and have only driven 5,000 kilometers since then. In addition, a current setting of the wheel loads has been made. There are no known defects in these areas.
The neat impression continues inside. The leather seats are covered with gray ruffled leather. The elder sportsman has comfort seats at the front and back, and fully electrically adjustable at the front. No damage can be seen in the interior, as the pictures also suggest. The equipment is upscale, as you know and expect from Porsche. Power steering, central door locking, electric windows, air conditioning, ABS, cruise control and an original Porsche CD radio create a cozy living room atmosphere. The whole thing is underlined by the gear knob and handbrake lever in a dark burl wood look. Sound and engine sound package round off the equipment level. There is also a cruise control and various other equipment, which you can find in the equipment list that is attached.
The instruments all work, the mileage was read at 93,000.
The four-stroke, six-cylinder boxer engine, which lets agile 286 horses run from exactly 3,600 cm³, ensures the fiery progress. That's enough for a brilliant 275 km / h. The gears are selected using a six-speed manual transmission. Defects in the engine and drive are not known. The last service was carried out in 2019, and since then the timing belts of the double ignition distributor, ignition harnesses and plugs, and the valve cover seals have also been renewed. So nothing has to be done anymore.
The seller himself reports: “The vehicle is in a very neat and good condition and has probably never seen road salt or bad weather, as it was only driven in the Sunny States in America. I have had the vehicle myself for 6 years and have only driven it around 12,000 km as a seasonal vehicle in the summer. It is an untampered and accident-free original vehicle on which, compared to the delivery condition, only the wheels have been changed by original 18-inch rims and a Bilstein chassis. There is a clean Carfax and a large number of invoices which substantiate the flawless history of the vehicle. There is also a complete report with grade 2 and a replacement value of 80,000 euros. "
Enclosed you will find the CarFax of the Porsche. More documents are in the gallery.
