Of the nearly 7,000 units produced, only 354 vehicles actually came with the factory-installed X51 option—that is, the 3.8-liter engine producing 300 PS.

This fact alone makes the 993 we are offering a very interesting collector’s car. When you also consider that this 993 4S has a verifiable mileage of just 66,000 km, it is certainly fair to call this an exceptional offer.

In addition to a complete service history, the vehicle comes with extensive documentation that is fully traceable and complete from the new car invoice dating back to 1998 through to the present.

In 2008, the car was sold to its second owner. In 2012, the car was passed down within the family and remained in the family’s possession until 2019, when the current owner purchased it.

In 2018, at 58,646 km, it was determined that cylinder 4 of the engine had a compression of only 6.5 bar. For this reason, an extensive engine overhaul was performed, resulting in a total cost of more than 28,000 €. A performance test conducted after the overhaul on November 20, 2018, revealed an impressive engine output of 311.6 PS at 6,670 rpm.

The clutch was also replaced as part of this overhaul.

In 2013, at 41,000 km, the car was fitted with a new KW V3 suspension system from Cartronic.

The vehicle has been partially repainted. According to a letter from the Porsche Center, the passenger door was repainted in 2004 due to stone chips. The window frame was also repainted.

The remaining paintwork has paint thickness values ranging from 140 to 250 μm.

The extensive documentation includes invoices totaling approximately €76,000. All vehicle registration documents verifying the number of previous owners, as well as TÜV records, are also available.

Both mechanically and cosmetically, the car is in very good condition.

The last service was performed at 62,800 km in 2022; since then, the car has been driven only 3,200 km. In addition to various minor repairs, the 993 4S comes with a new maintenance service performed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and a new set of tires with an “N” rating.
