1986 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Sport

A beautiful 1980’s Porsche 911 3.2 Coupe, presented in Guards Red over a rare Beige and Black interior.

A very tidy car which benefits from having a top end engine rebuild and new clutch in 2008 at 105K miles by GEO Morrison Motors. Unfortunately the original service book has been lost, however there are invoices on file for lots of work over the years. In 2020 the fuel lines and all brake lines were replaced, as well as a new fuel tank being fitted, various oil pipes replaced, new fuel pump, heating system overhaul and major service carried out. In 2016 the car also underwent some body and paint restoration to rectify common rust issues including inner front wings and sills. The rare pinstripe interior presents beautifully in virtually unmarked condition.

The car drives superbly, with the 915 gearbox a pleasure to use. The clutch is smooth, brakes are great and the car still feels very tight and precise on the road. The original 16inch Fuchs wheels are in very good condition and are shod in matching Bridgestone tyres all round. The car starts on the button, engine pulls very well, it is not dropping any oil. A large folder of past invoices and MOT’s are present, along with 2 keys, the original tool kit, space saver and compressor. Overall this is a fantastic, very usable example which represents great value and is now ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.
