1972 Porsche 911 2.4S

One of 77 UK supplied RHD examples. Original spec, Gemini Blue with black leather Recaros and matching numbers. Fully documented restoration completed in 2003.

A very nice UK supplied right hand drive matching numbers example of the 2.4S model finished to a great specification with Gemini Blue coachwork and black leather interior featuring the desirable Recaro sports seat option. The 911 underwent a full restoration between 2006 and 2010 with Porsche specialists Export 56 which is fully detailed in a copious quantity of invoices on file along with many photographs that illustrate every stage of the work from arrival at Export 56 in 2006 through strip down, inspection then body and mechanical restoration. Suffice to say every part was checked and either replaced or refurbished as required.

Since completion the car has been enjoyed ever since by the same owner who commissioned that restoration back in 2006. He has covered fun packed but careful 10,000 miles since then during summer months and continued to maintain the car correctly.

In recent years the 911 has seen limited use and has spent much time in specialised storage hence the reluctant decision to sell now. Hopefully this delightful Porsche, still in great restored order with a nice, settled patina will find a new and similarly enthusiastic custodian.
