This purist and seriously sharp 964 Carrera 2 is arguably one of the best-driving examples in all of Scandinavia. Let’s start with the most striking feature – the color. Etna Blue traces its roots all the way back to the Porsche 356 B in 1960. For the real enthusiasts, this hue even predates Porsche’s own body production – back when Reuter was still supplying bodies for Porsche. Etna Blue is so vintage that it remains one of the few PTS colors with an original Reuter paint code. It remained dormant for around 55 years before Porsche AG reintroduced it officially on the 991 Targa 4S Exclusive Design Edition.

This car features a Sachs clutch and RS lightweight flywheel. The suspension has been upgraded with Bilstein dampers and firm, yet comfortable, springs. The rear window has been replaced with a lightweight polycarbonate unit, just like the RS. The cabin has undergone a full RS-style re-trim, including removal of the rear seats, installation of Recaro bucket seats, lightweight Alcantara door panels with cross stitching, upper and lower dashboard in Alcantara, Alcantara headliner, and a full-size roll cage painted in body color — the iconic Etna Blue.

It sits on pristine BBS Le Mans wheels with matching tires. Inside, you’ll find Alcantara and leather-trimmed Recaro bucket seats and a harness bar with SPARCO 4-point harnesses. A 3-spoke SPARCO steering wheel adds a bit of patina from spirited use, as do various minor details throughout the cabin. The stereo and speakers have been removed to save weight and reinforce its purpose-built character.

In short, this is a proper daily driver, track-day companion, and Alpine conqueror — a tribute to the legendary Carrera RS of the 964 generation. It combines carefully selected upgrades with a fully reworked and focused interior. The car retains its upgraded 3.6-liter air-cooled flat-six engine, paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a revised Carrera Cup exhaust system. The odometer currently reads 236,000 km, and it feels like the car is just entering its prime.
