1975 PORSCHE 911S 2.7 *SILVER ANNIVERSARY* for sale!

Delivered new in San Francisco, USA, our car is in perfect condition, very clean. The interior with the plaid seats and door panels is flawless. This series was numbered, in this case it is car number 469/1063. The odometer shows 95,500 miles, or around 150,000 kilometers. This Silver Anniversary has the desirable Fuchs rims, the optional Carrera 3-spoke steering wheel and a Becker radio. It starts at the turn of a knob and runs perfectly.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the production of Porsche cars, the German company unveils its very first special and limited edition of the 911S 2.7L: the Silver Anniversary. Only 1063 examples are produced for this occasion, the majority is intended for the American market, including 504 coupes. Over-equipped, this version does not leave aside the versatility and allows to welcome 4 passengers in the greatest comfort.

All 911S Silver Anniversary Edition models feature a 5-speed manual transmission, the same Diamond Silver Metallic exterior color and a leather/vinyl interior with distinctive plaid inserts. On the exterior, many of the details are chrome, with the exception of the satin black rear grille.
Starting in 1974, the 2.7L flat 6 now offers more torque and higher revs. The car develops 175 horsepower at 5800 rpm for 1075 kg, allowing a 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds and a top speed of 225 km/h.

Pour fêter les 25 ans de la production d’automobiles Porsche, la firme allemande dévoile sa toute première édition spéciale et limitée sur la 911S 2.7L : il s’agit de la Silver Anniversary. Seulement 1063 exemplaires sont produits à cette occasion, la majorité est destinée au marché américain, dont 504 coupés. Suréquipée, cette version ne laisse pas de côté la polyvalence et permet d’accueillir 4 passagers dans le plus grand confort.

Toutes les 911S Silver Anniversary Edition sont équipées d’une boîte de vitesses manuelle à 5 rapports, de la même couleur extérieure Diamond Silver Metallic et d’un intérieur en cuir/vinyle avec des inserts en tissu écossais distinctifs. Au niveau de l’extérieur, de nombreux détails sont chromés, à l’exception de la calandre arrière en noir satiné.
A partir de 1974, le flat 6 de 2.7L offre désormais plus de couple et des régimes plus importants. L’auto développe 175 chevaux à 5800 tr/min pour 1075 kg, autorisant un 0 à 100 km/h en 7.6 secondes et une vitesse maximale de 225 km/h.

Livrée neuve à San Francisco aux Etats-Unis, notre exemplaire est dans un parfait état, très sain. L’intérieur avec les sièges et les panneaux de portes en tissu écossais ne présente aucun défaut. Cette série de 911 fut numérotée, il s’agit ici de l’auto n°469/1063. Le compteur affiche 95 500 miles, soit autour de 150 000 kilomètres. Cette Silver Anniversary dispose des désirables jantes Fuchs, du volant 3 branches Carrera optionnel et d’un autoradio Becker. Elle démarre au quart de tour et tourne parfaitement.
