PORSCHE 991.1 GT3 RS for sale!

RS, two letters that seems meant to be together, and maybe the two most important letters in Porsche history dating back 50 years. The RS designation has always been reserved for the most focused machines the Porsche turns out, with a long line of historic models. Cars that have become so famous, the colors they were painted in become famous to. Starting with the 73 RS in classic white with a red stripe, the 964 RS in Maritime Blue and so on. But the most famous in modern time is with out a doubt the 991.1 RS in Ultra Violet. A color that Porsche stopped using, mid production no less, because it was to difficult to paint and replicate.

This example is a timeless classic in its purple suit with silver wheels and silver up-rights for the wing. But the exterior is about more than beauty, it clear that Porsche has not forgotten what the RS stands for. The front fenders are almost split in half thanks to a air outlet venting air fron the wheel arches, the hood, fenders and much more is made out of carbon. The roof is magnesium. The complete front clip is PPF from new along with high-impact-areas like the rear fenders.

It is with respect you step over the backlit carbon doorsills and into the cockpit. Carbon bucket seats with GT3RS in the headrests, roll cage and RaceTex as far as the eye can see. The second you twist the ignition all things you associate with a normal Carrera goes out the window. The four liter 6 shakes you from the carbon seat and sings a lovely song that is enhanced thanks to the lack of sound dampening. In front of you a 10k tack.
