2023 Porsche 992 Targa 4 GTS 50 Years Porsche Design

The Targa: one of the rarest body styles, yet undoubtedly one of the most beautiful. The Porsche 911 Targa was born out of American regulations concerning open-top cars, and for that, we can only be grateful. This particular car, however, is truly exceptional. To celebrate Porsche’s 50th anniversary, the brand created the 992 Edition 50 Years Porsche Design. Only 750 examples were built, and this is number 538. Subtle details pay tribute to the brand’s history, such as the red second hand in the Sport Chrono clock. A nod to Porsche’s first timepiece, the Chronograph I from 1972. Its exterior is equally striking, featuring door graphics, a metal badge on the rear grille, and a Platinum satin Targa bar. The Deep Black metallic finish perfectly complements the dark silver wheels and black brake calipers, creating a timeless and elegant look.

Inside, the car is upholstered in black leather with silver contrast stitching. The adaptive sports seats are 18-way adjustable, heated, ventilated, and equipped with memory. Even the door panels, dashboard, and steering column are wrapped in fine leather.

Mechanically, it’s a Targa 4 GTS with all-wheel drive, rear-axle steering, and a mighty 480 hp engine that propels it from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. Whether for spirited drives or daily enjoyment, it delivers pure Porsche emotion.
