The 3.2 Speedster brought forward several exterior features of how we originally got to know them with the 356 variants.

From a design by Tony Lapine, the “camel hump” came to life, the subtle but still very beautiful little shells behind the seats, behind which the soft top of the car disappears.  As with the 356 Speedster, the roof was intended only as an emergency solution in extreme weather conditions and was not intended to be a permanent design element.

Only 2065 Speedsters were produced in ’89 making this one of the most coveted and one of the most popular models to this day, sought after by the true purists and a true addition to any Porsche collection.

This original European 911 3.2 Speedster ticks all boxes.

Since she was delivered new, she spent several years in the States before being brought to Belgium again by the current owner in 2012. The car was always maintained maniacally with the necessary maintenance history and has driven only 53,000km to this day, a perfect reflection of the very original and beautiful state the car is in.

Practically complete original paint and in excellent condition, exactly how she was delivered new in ’89, It does not need to be said that this car is fully matching numbers & colors. The interior of this car invites you to take a seat and never get out: comfortable, beautiful design and excellent and original condition. Better you will not find them and purer.

Under the hood is a powerful and excellent running air-cooled boxer-6 engine which produces a whopping 231 horsepower and is able to pull away effortlessly in any gear.

The car pulls smoothly in all revs and is a huge pleasure to drive, she brings both the sporty and comfortable driving experience perfectly.

Shifting gears is incredibly gentle through its most sought after and widely known ‘G50’ gearbox, if there is anything that makes this Porsche even more complete it is this.

The car originally left the factory with the following options:

• 160: Casette-radio Blaupunkt Charleston SQR 26
• 243: Shorter shift lever for G50 transmission.
• 419: luggage compartment instead of rear seats.
• 533: Alarm
• 559: Air conditioner
• 900: Accession of the car at the factory
• 975: Luggage compartment velour carpet

In short, a very original 3.2 Speedster of the most coveted year and an absolute collector’s item. In addition, the car also looks breathtakingly good and is ready for many more carefree miles.
