Rebored cylinder block + 4 new FORGES pistons + piston rings + main bearings,
Cleaning of oil passages; inspection of bearing alignment. Cylinder honing (Aprotec).
Cylinder head threads tapped. Aprotec pistons installed. FORGED racing-type H connecting rods installed.
Balancing of all moving parts (crankshaft, flywheel, and clutch)
Polishing of crankpins and journal bearings.
Balancing the weight of the pistons and connecting rods.
Overhaul of the oil pump and valve
Valve grinding. Valve seat grinding. Guide machining. Spring height adjustment. Stage 3 camshaft installation.
Replacement of the ignition harness, thermostat, ignition head, and ignition finger.
