The vehicle in detail

In 2009, at a mileage of 100,155, the fuel pump, various seals, hoses, and the vacuum regulator were replaced at the Porsche Zentrum Bergisches Land (now PZ Bensberg). The invoice for this is on file!

Also in 2009, the turn signal lenses and their seals, as well as the rear bumper rubber, were replaced.

In 2010, the engine was completely disassembled and overhauled at Boxer Motor in Dortmund.

Among other things, the oil pump, bearing shells, bearing bushings, connecting rod bearings, the piston ring set, the timing chain, and many other parts were replaced. The engine parts were cleaned, and the fan wheel and fan housing were sandblasted.

In 2024, the air filter housing was removed and reinstalled, a visual inspection of the K-Jetronic system was performed, the spark plugs were replaced, and the compression in all cylinders as well as the system pressure, control pressure, holding pressure, and flow rate were checked. The idle control valve was removed and reinstalled, the electrical control system was tested, and the system pressure was adjusted at the flow divider and the idle control valve.
