This Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet is in good overall condition.
The body is in good condition. The black paint is original; this 996 has not been repainted. There is a slight dent on the right rear fender and minor stone chips on the front, with no signs of impact or corrosion. The GT3 wheels are in good condition, although some have slight scratches. A new soft top, with a glass rear window, was installed in late November 2024. The headlights have a slight crack.
The interior is in good condition. The gray leather upholstery is firm and shows no significant wear in the photos. The dashboard is in good condition, with no visible cracks. Some plastic parts show signs of wear, particularly around the center console. The gearshift lever and parking brake feature aluminum inserts. The controls and onboard equipment are in working order.
The flat-6 engine runs well. The car has been well maintained and underwent a service earlier this year. This was a major service, including the replacement of the spark plugs. An important point for this model: the IMS bearing was replaced in January 2024, along with the oil seal and the clutch. A PIWI test was also performed three years ago. The 2025 technical inspection noted a minor issue with the front shock absorber guards. The manual transmission shifts smoothly. Note that an engine endoscopy will be performed prior to sale.
