History & Provenance
The car was first registered in Germany in July 2008. After two previous owners, the current owner took delivery of the convertible in September 2013 at the Porsche Zentrum Olympiapark in Munich as an accident-free Porsche Approved pre-owned vehicle with 52,000 kilometers on the odometer.
Since that day, the 997 Turbo has remained exclusively in the family’s possession. The three ownership entries visible in the current vehicle registration certificate are purely formal in nature (initial registration to the family business, subsequent transfer to a private individual, and finally to the wife). All original vehicle registration certificates and official documents are available and unequivocally confirm this history. Over the past 13 years, the car has been driven only about 16,000 kilometers, exclusively as a summer and fair-weather vehicle.
Care & Condition
The maintenance history is fully documented by invoices and records:
- Regular inspections and service work were performed at the Porsche Center Munich as well as by a certified Porsche specialist.
- At 59,884 km, a major service was performed at the Porsche Center Olympiapark, including a spark plug replacement and the replacement of the rear brake rotors and pads.
- At 62,638 km, the transmission was filled with new automatic transmission fluid and a new filter; in addition, the coolant hoses and fuel filter were replaced as a preventive measure.
- The most recent general inspection at TÜV SÜD took place in October 2026 at 68,555 km—the inspection sticker is valid through October 2028.
Body & Paint:
Visually, the vehicle is in very well-maintained, authentic condition. It has never been in an accident. In 2022, the rear bumper was professionally repainted in the original color at the Porsche Center Munich due to a minor parking/shop scratch (invoice from the Porsche Center is available). The convertible mechanism and fabric top function flawlessly and have been maintained on a regular basis.
An honest, transparent 997.1 Turbo from the highly sought-after first generation, featuring a Mezger engine in an outstanding color and trim combination. Viewings are possible by appointment in the Augsburg/Munich area.
